The office is immediately to the right of Whole Foods in the center of Glastonbury., on the second floor above "The Shoppes at Fox Run." The building has both stairs and an elevator, with ample parking out front.

I am a direct fee for service provider. Payment is expected at the time the service is rendered. While I do not accept insurance, I do accept cash, personal checks, as well as Visa and MasterCard. If you have out of network coverage you may be eligible for reimbursement directly from your insurance company. I will gladly provide documentation of visits with the appropriate codes so that you may submit these to your insurance company.
